Join Miss Rhode Island
and guests from around our area and celebrate all that makes our
state so special by attending Kent Hospital’s 2010 Gala: At
the Center of Rhode Island Treasures at Rhodes on the
Pawtuxet on Saturday, October 30. Come take a trip down
memory lane and help raise funds for Kent Hospital programs and
services. Enjoy savory Rhode Island cuisine and wine, a silent
auction, and special appearances from iconic guests—along with a
performance from the Ocean State Follies.
In addition, there will
be a raffle featuring spectacular prizes. The prizes include a
trip for two to London and Warwick, England (Warwick’s sister
city), a stay at the legendary Spring House Inn on Block Island, or a
walk-on role in a Cardi’s television ad along with a $500 Cardi’s
shopping spree. Raffle proceeds benefit Kent Hospital and
the Oswaldo R. Velis MD Endowment Fund for Cardiac Care.
